Senior Service America
RCIL has teamed up with Senior Service America to create the Senior AIDES Program, offering paid training, work experience, and extra income to low-income adults 55 or older who are seeking employment.
Senior AIDES serve their communities through paid temporary assignments with local nonprofit and government organizations. Seniors gain valuable job skills by working at&
- Schools
- Libraries
- Social Service Agencies
- Hospitals
- Senior Centers
- Museums
- And many other locations.
The Senior AIDES program helps seniors build the experience and confidence they need to find permanent employment -- while simultaneously helping to strengthen their local communities.
Veterans and their spouses are encouraged to apply.
