Assistant Director of Human Resources

RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage. The Assistant Director works under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources to Oversee operational activities of the Human Resource department. As Assistant Director of Human Resources you will oversee all recruitment activates, manage all benefits programs, and oversee employee relations. The Assistant Director works closely with Compliance and Training to oversee regulatory and credentialing requirements and changes.
We are looking for an extremely organized, detail oriented candidate with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written; excellent with research and development of new initiatives. Must be able to develop, recommend and implement RCIL policies and procedures.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of five years of experience assisting in the management of a Human Resources Department. An Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
