Description

RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage. The Payroll Clerk works to process agency payroll and related disbursements. As well as, answer and track inquires and distribute paychecks. The Payroll Clerk will assist in processing bi-weekly payroll for all organizations within RCIL. This position runs routine and investigative reports on payroll, time and attendance and monitors overtime.

We are looking for proficiency in data entry to keep up with daily files and payroll reports. A high level of organization is needed to complete tasks in a timely manner. Candidates must have customer service driven attitude when supporting employees and other departments.

Successful candidates will have experience in processing payroll. A high school diploma is required and an Associate’s degree is preferred. Must have significant experience working in excel and pivot tables. Experience working with ADP is preferred. Must have a flexible schedule.

Hourly Wage: $13.59
