NY Connects Project Manager
RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage. The primary goal of the Project Manager is to ensure that information, assistance and Options/Person Centered Counselling on Long Term Services and Supports is provided to individuals with disabilities and to older adults. This individual will maintain staff training, public education and ensure participation in the program and in meeting requirements and acceptable timeframes by adhering to the NY Connects State Program standards.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of two year’s supervisory experience in the human services field. A high school diploma or GED is required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Must have knowledge of community resources and demographics. Candidate should be proficient in MS Office, public speaking and group facilitation.
This is an exempt position with an annual salary of $37,830.00
