Youth services are designed to encourage children and adolescents with disabilities and their families to reach their full potential, at home and in the community.

Educational Advocacy

Educational Advocacy image of a young women and young man sitting at a table in a classroom settingThe Living Independently is For Everyone (LIFE at RCIL) Youth Services provides Educational Advocacy services to individuals who are Family Support Services (FSS) eligible and their families. (FSS eligibility is determined by DDSO.)

LIFE at RCIL staff works with families and school districts to foster better communication, develop the most appropriate special education plan possible for the student with a disability, and provide assistance with finding appropriate services.
