The Resource Center for Independent Living (RCIL) is growing and would like you to be part of our team!

Are you a Personal Care Aide (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Direct Support Professional (DSP) who is looking for a new job opportunity? We are hiring for all shifts, have excellent 401k, and other benefit opportunities. Bring your resume and come prepared for on-site interviews.

Direct Care employment with RCIL can accommodate your needs by offering flexible scheduling options! You will be providing hands-on assistance to help seniors and individuals with disabilities be able to remain living in their homes, as safely and independently as possible.

The COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for these positions.  RCIL will engage in the accommodation process for an exception when appropriate.
