Bilingual Program Aide
Starting Pay Rate: $13.35 per hour, plus a 5% bilingual differential; $13.85 per hour, plus a 5% bilingual differential, after six months of successful employment.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Assist participants with personal care, meal preparation, daily living skills and socialization;
- Ensure participants care plans are being implemented on an ongoing basis; and
- Provide monitoring and oversight to all participants.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Fluency and high proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in Spanish is required for this position. Candidates must have a Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification, or other applicable direct care certification, or have at least six months of direct care experience within the last year. Knowledge of HIPAA and the Independent Living Philosophy is required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and have a clean driving record. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
