Case Coordinator Supervisor
Self-Direction is a program funded by the State and Medicaid that allows individuals the ability to live independently in their own homes and the ability to integrate into the community. Each participant as well as each budget are unique. Self-Direction is completely participant driven. Participants and their Planning Team decide what services will best suit their needs.
We are currently searching for a Case Coordinator Supervisor to oversee several Self-Direction Case Coordinators. The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Gain understanding of the day to day program operations.
- Provide guidance and support to the Self-Direction Case Coordinators.
- Maintain a reduced caseload of participants.
- Audit files to ensure compliance with State and Medicaid regulations.
- Review participant’s monthly expenditures for accuracy.
- Provide excellent and professional Customer Service to participants and service providers.

Who may be considered:
Two (2) years customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment and one (1) year experience supervising others in a position requiring independent decision making. One (1) year in a Human Services organization preferred.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associates degree in Secretarial Science, Business or Human Services preferred.
