Budget Liaison Supervisor
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Approve and process program budget amendments;
- Set up new general ledger and allocation accounts;
- Act as a liaison with the finance department by attending meetings and relaying information; and
- Train, mentor and supervise Program Budget Liaisons.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates must have at least two years of supervisory experience working in an environment which requires strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills are required, along with experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word and utilizing computers to access and review data. An Associate’s Degree in Accounting is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Wages: $46,020 salary
Shift: Flexible schedule with three days off every other weekend OR five days a week from 8:00am-4:00pm or 8:30am-4:30pm.
