Compliance Investigator


Full time


The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Manage a caseload of compliance investigations on incidents;
  • Assist with the implementation of quality standard programs to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of service provided for consumers; and
  • Assist with external and internal audits.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates must have at least five years of experience in Quality and Compliance, and strong investigative and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of regulatory requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Department of Health (DOH) and the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is required. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Wages:  $17.95 per hour

Shift: Flexible schedule with three days off every other weekend OR five days a week from 8:00am-4:00pm.

Travel Required: No

Location: Utica, NY
