Compliance Investigator

Description

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Complete investigations on incidents and frauds;
  • Manage a caseload of compliance investigations; and
  • Assist with the implementation of recommendations and quality standards to improve the efficiency and quality of service provided to the individuals we serve.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates must have at least five years of experience in Quality and Compliance, and strong investigative and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of regulatory requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Department of Health (DOH) and the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is required. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Wages:  $17.95 per hour

Shift: Flexible schedule with three days off every other weekend OR five days a week from 8:00am-4:00pm.

Travel Required: No

Location: Utica, NY
