The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Acquire and maintain required documentation for caseload in a timely manner;
- Audit and review files to ensure compliance with State and Medicaid regulations; and
- Sustain open communication with all parties on assigned caseload.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: At least two years of clerical and customer service experience is required. Candidates must have strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, and experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. An Associates Degree in Human Services is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Wages: $17.44 per hour
Shift: RCIL offers multiple schedule options for its staff. Employees can work a flexible schedule with three-day weekends every other week OR a standard 7.5 hour schedule working from home every other Friday.
