Starting Pay Rate: $16.67

Benefits:

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Provide quality customer service in person and on the phone.
  • Compile data for reports using electronic and non-electronic systems.
  • Enter intake information and maintain accurate databases
  • Prepare, organize and coordinate daily and weekly schedules according to program needs
  • Assist in preparing for meetings and record meeting minutes

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • A minimum of two years of clerical and customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Able to use office equipment such as copiers, printers and faxes
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to handle a fast pace, constantly changing work environment
