Human Resources Credentialing Specialist


Full time


Starting Pay Rate: $17.44 per hour


Flexible work schedule menu to include the ability to work: a four-day work week, nine-day biweekly schedule with a three-day weekend every other week, or a typical five-day work schedule.

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Conduct pre-and-post-employment background checks;
  • Ensure that pre-employment and annual medical requirements are met for all staff;
  • Assist with the maintenance and tracking of annual medical and ensure compliance through various regulators; and
  • Track annual required training for appropriate staff. Send reminder letters, make follow-up calls and create suspension and termination letters for non-compliance.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates should have five years of clerical experience. Human Resources experience and a knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills are required, along with a knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.  An Associates Degree is preferred.  A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
