Description

RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage.  We are looking for a Service Coordinator that will assist individuals with disabilities attain their independent living goals by educating, advocating, and securing services. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for initial intakes, determining individualized goals and services, developing requests for funding of services, advocating for consumers, and reviewing service plans to ensure effectiveness of all requested services.

The successful candidate will have minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Health or Human Services field (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred). The candidate will also have one years’ experience working with people with developmental disabilities or one years’ experience as a service coordinator/case manager with any population.

Wages: $15.38/hour
