Human Resources Credentialing Specialist
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Conduct pre-and-post-employment background checks;
- Ensure that pre-employment and annual medical requirements are met for all staff;
- Assist with the maintenance and tracking of annual medical and ensure compliance through various regulators; and
- Track annual required training for appropriate staff. Send reminder letters, make follow-up calls and create suspension and termination letters for non-compliance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates should have five years of clerical experience. Human Resources experience and a knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills are required, along with a knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. An Associates Degree is preferred. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Wages: $15.39 per hour
Shift: RCIL offers multiple schedule options for its staff. Employees can work a flexible schedule with three-day weekends every other week OR a standard 7.5 hour schedule working from home every other Friday.
