Executive Director of LIFE at RCIL
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Oversee the strategic and operational responsibility for LIFE at RCIL programs, staff, finances and mission execution;
- Ensure that project outcomes, policies, advocacy, and legislations are evaluated and leveraged for maximum community and organizational impact; and
- Develop, implement, and execute new program initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: A minimum of seven years of experience in a progressively responsible leadership position with a large community organization is required along with at least five years of experience in a supervisory position with strong management skills. Candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills, political acumen, and community relations experience. An in-depth knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations governing disability services is required. A Master’s Degree is preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience is required.
