Director of Senior Services
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Provide oversight of all program operations;
- Supervise program’s case manager, program aides, activities staff, drivers and cook; and
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidance issued by various agencies and funders.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates must have at least two years of experience working in a supervisory position within a human service setting. Two years of experience providing functional assessments or structured-day program services is required. Knowledge of Medicaid services and the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Human Services or a related field is required.
Wages: $46,020 salary
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Travel Required: Yes
