Staff Development Trainer
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Schedule and conduct New Employee Orientation (NEO) and other trainings identified by RCIL;
- Collaborate with the Director of Training to ensure that all local, state, and federal training regulations are being met, and that all required trainings by the organization’s regulatory bodies are delivered;
- Assist program directors/supervisors/administrators with tracking of training-related information; and
- Modify training activities to ensure the specific needs of any group of training attendees.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates should have extensive experience in training adults in a non-profit environment, and experience with e-learning systems and technology-based tools is preferred. An Associates Degree is required; a Bachelors’ Degree is highly preferred, and a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
Wages: $16.92 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
