Electronic Medical Record Support Specialist


Full time


The IT Department is looking for a new Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Support Specialist to support Self-Direction participants and their workers.  The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Support EMR applications by troubleshooting problems, providing technical expertise and supporting users;
  • Prioritize and address help desk requests;
  • Assist in maintain EMR for the Self-Direction Department;
  • Interact daily in a professional manner with participants, workers, vendors, and internal departments; and
  • Provide initial and ongoing training to Self-Direction workers and participants on the EMR system.

Who may be considered:

Successful candidates will have at least two (2) years of help desk and/or database management experience along with excellent customer service skills.

An Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is required.

Placement: Full-Time

Wages:  $17.95/hr.
