Description
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Maintain open communication with all parties on the assigned caseload; return calls and emails within 24 hours to participants and everybody affiliated with their care;
- Maintain required Medicaid documentation associated with the provision of services for the assigned caseloads in a timely, accurate and legible manner;
- Review monthly budget reports for accuracy and submit monthly invoices and reimbursements for payment as needed; and
- Process weekly timesheets for support workers as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates must have strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. An Associates Degree in Human Services is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Wages: $16.41 per hour; $17.95 per hour after six months of successful employment.
Hours: Flexible schedule with three days off every other weekend OR five days a week from 8:00am-4:00pm.
Travel Required: No
