Case Manager for At-Risk Youth


Full time


The Case Manager for At-Risk Youth will serve at-risk youth, with and without disabilities, and their families. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Work with youth who are at-risk;
  • Complete intake assessments;
  • Provide information and referral services;
  • Conduct a youth risk assessment to determine their potential for crisis and involvement with the juvenile/criminal justice system; and
  • Maintain regular contact with participants and their family members to monitor progress.


RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage. 


Who may be considered:

Knowledge of ADA, IDEA, 504, Social Security, ACCESS-VR, CBVH and the juvenile/criminal justice system is preferred.

One-to-two years of experience working with individuals who have disabilities is required.

An Associate’s Degree in Human Services or relevant experience is required.

Placement: Full-Time

Wages:  $15.39/hour
