The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Review invoices and reimbursement forms for appropriate documentation to ensure timely payments;
- Perform purchasing duties for the Agency and Accounts Payable data entry;
- Prepare monthly invoices and reconciliations;
- Work cohesively with a team, while maintaining accountability for specific responsibilities; and
- Provide excellent customer service as a liaison between vendors and other Independent Living Agencies.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates must have at least two years of experience in Accounts Payable and Purchasing. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. The successful candidate should be organized and possess keen attention to detail. Candidates must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. An Associates Degree in Accounting is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Wages: $15.90 per hour
Hours: RCIL offers multiple schedule options for its staff. Employees can work a flexible schedule with three-day weekends every other week OR a standard 7.5 hour schedule working from home every other Friday.
