Bilingual Time and Attendance Specialist
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Work within an electronic time-keeping-system and review reports;
- Extract data and analyze for accuracy, following up on identified errors;
- Communicate with participants and workers to verify data; and
- Prepare timecards for payroll.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: The ability to speak, read and write Spanish is highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills are required, along with experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word and utilizing computers to access and review data. An Associates Degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, and a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Wages: $15.39, plus a 5% bilingual differential.
Hours: Flexible schedule with three days off every other weekend OR five days a week from 8:00am-4:00pm.
