Self-Direction Coordinator Supervisor

RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage. 

The Coordinator II will supervise and direct the Self-Direction Coordinator I staff.  The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Maintain accounting of income and expenses for each individual in the program;
  • Provide monthly reporting for reduced case load;
  • Act as liaison with Self-Direction partners, other community referral sources, consumers, and vendors as necessary; and
  • Receive Self-Direction service dollar requests and review for required documentation.

Who may be considered:

Successful candidates will have excellent problem solving, negotiation and computer skills. A minimum of two years’ clerical and customer service are required along with one-year experience in a human services organization and in a position requiring independent decision making.

An Associate’s Degree in Human Services, Secretarial Science or business is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Placement: Full-Time

Wages:  $37,830.00 salary
