General Maintenance Worker

Status

Full time

Description

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Provide maintenance and cleaning for RCIL buildings as assigned;
  • Assembly and installation of furniture, accessories, etc., as needed;
  • Provide maintenance of the exterior to include: snow removal, salting, mowing and all other grounds maintenance; and
  • Lift at least 50 pounds. Frequent bending, walking and climbing is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates must have at least two years of maintenance experience. The successful candidate should be organized and possess keen attention to detail. Candidates must be able to work in adverse weather conditions. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Wages: $14.10 per hour

Placement: Full-Time

Travel Required: Yes

Location: Utica, NY
