RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage. 

The Free Tax Preparation Initiative is hiring a seasonal scheduler for their Free Tax Preparation Program. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Field calls and schedule appointments for tax preparation;
  • Certify for basic certification;
  • Copy and distribute various program reports, documents and confidential reports;
  • Maintain extreme confidentiality of all work-related information and complete intakes; and
  • Assist with providing accurate narrative and statistical reports.

Who may be considered:

One-to-two years of phone and clerical experience is required.

An Associate’s Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma is required.

Placement: Full-Time, 16 weeks

Wages:  $12.82/hour
