Mental Health First Aid Trainings:

Similar to how CPR helps those without clinical training assist an individual having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid prepares participants to interact with a person who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.

RCIL is offering this training via two, four-hour sessions which will be held at 1607 Genesee Street in Utica from 8:30am-12:30pm on Monday, August 21st and Tuesday, August 22nd. Participants must attend both sessions to receive the training certification, which is good for three years.  Cost: $100 per person. If you are interested in hosting an on-site training at your location, please contact the RCIL Training Department at 315-797-4642 ext 1655.
