Description

Self Direction Participant looking for staff. Duties would include, assisting with dressing, toileting, occasionally bathing, and other daily hygiene tasks. In home supports would include assisting with meal preparation and apartment upkeep, playing games, completing craft projects, listening to music, or any other activity the participant enjoys. Community supports would include taking participant on leisure outings like shopping, going to parks/zoos, going to movies, bowling, out to eat, etc.. Participant does have a Staff Action Plan in place with goals to work on daily, as well as safeguards to adhere to. It is staff's responsibility to familiarize themselves and adhere to this plan. Reliable transportation is required for community outings and mileage is reimbursed through the program. Participant is looking for a responsible, reliable and trustworthy employee that has a background in working with the disabled population. If you would like more information, please inquire.
