Description
I am looking for a Female Direct Support Professional to assist me with Community Habilitation Services under My Self Direction program. Some job duties will entail transporting me to and from activities of my choosing, community inclusion, assistance with activities of daily living and many other supports needed. Direct Support Staff must posses a valid NYS drivers license along with reliable , safe transportation. The rate of pay is 18.00 per hour with up to 30 hours per week available I own a dog and cat of which Staff must be able to be around.
