Description
Looking for staff to provide services both in the home and community. While in the home assist with ADL's and learning to be independent at home. While in the community assisting with socialization, safety, being independent in community and assisting and accompanying to community classes and other places of interest. MUST have transportation and ability to pass back ground check as well as fingerprinting. Hours Monday-Friday 4pm-7pm and Sundays from noon on. (somewhat flexible)
