Ability to • lift a minimum of 50 pounds and care for the physical demands • of caring for a patient • Reporting any health issues to the supervisor • Scheduled will vary weekly depending on clients needs. • 40 hours per week.(C.D.P.A.P) • Pay rate is $12.00 hr (C.D.P.A.P) • Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program. • Up to $20.00 hr • SELF DIRECTION PROGRAM • REQUIREMENT'S: • Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license, registration, and • required insurance • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must have own transportation / reliable vehicle. • CNA preferred but will train the right person. • Interviews are in person and by appointment. • Serious inquiries only. •This is a drug free environment • Job Type: • CNA • Personal Care Aid • HHA • Full-time • Part Time • Fill In
