Description
This person needs assistance with eating and some personal care. Individual needs to be able to do some lift assists to transfer from wheelchair and take individual to physical therapy and dental appointments. Individual would be required to perform daily exercises and take to gym. Individual needs assistance to go grocery shopping and some meal preparation.
