personal care for 78 y.o. ie:am care/pm care, toileting, incontinent care, bathing, meal prep, basic household tasks and upkeep, laundry, administer meds ( these are pre poured by daughter) , help care for clients pets as needed , interaction with client , daily ROM exercises, transfers with assist to w/c, commode, bed, shower chair . has her good days and rough days. Likes to play cards, checkers, read the paper, watch TV, listen to book reading etc. Quality of life at home is priority
