Description
Personal care for bed/wheelchair-bound 52-year-old, 150 lb male stroke & limb contracture patient. [Currently being cared for by brother and elderly parents, plus a few nurse hours. Approved for 24/7 nursing, but can't find nurses.] Need assist for bed-chair transfers, bed bath, dressing, tube feed, air-way suction machine, meds thru tube, TV entertainment, accompaniment and care on trips [appointments, church, recreation] in either professional van or our privately owned and driven van.
