(C.D.P.A.P) • Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program. • Can also apply for more pay (INCENTIVE) after 30 days of employment up to 16.50 Community Based 16.75 Respite 20.00 Com Hab.. Would come available to boost pay rate. Not all hours can be self-directed. • C.D.P.A.P.
