Description

Staff will assist me in exploringopportunities in the community where Ican participate in activities and attendevents of interest to me. Staff will assist me with planning,preparing, and cooking meals. Staff will encourage me to go forwalks for exercise and to incorporatephysical activity into my daily routine. Staff will assist, teach, andencourage me as I try to keep my homeclean and organized. I am interested in maintainingrelationships with my family and friendsat their homes or at mutually chosenactivities/events located in thecommunity. Approx 9am - 2pm Tues/Thurs/Sat. (possibly more if needed)
