Description
working with a 13 year old girl in a family home. she has tbi, autism. She will need help with safety over sight, adls. She is in pull ups . She has very limited speech. very busy house hold. Younger brother is 5 y and also has autism . Younger brother also receives pca services. His services are more active since he is 5. But at a toddler level. He needs help with bath time , supervising feeding , he is in pull ups. Light house keeping from children's laundry to vacuuming there bed rooms, making there beds. So there is usual 2 aides on at a time if we can get all shifts covered. It is a group effort on taking care of both children. p.s. background checks will be ran. if one has not been done for your current client.
