Description

Looking for someone to work with a women with a mild intellectual disability. She is interested in volunteering on the weekends or finding something productive to do outside of her apartment. Lots of daily reminders to start and finish certain task like making her bed, cleaning, doing the litter boxes and brushing her hair. She is very pleasant most of the time. Must be a healthy role model especially with food habits and exercise. She loves walking and looking at wildlife, arts and crafts, cooking and music. She is requesting a non smoker as she has quit herself and is still something she's struggles with. Currently there are 4 hours available. When main worker is not able to come in hours will be offered to you. Pay rate is $17 an hour. Email if interested. Must be approved by the Justice center as well. You must have a vehicle because she lives in a rural area. You will be reimbursed .50 cents a mile. Staff activities like lunch, movies, zoos etc will also be reimbursed with the exception you save your recipets. - Chrissy
