Description

My 20 yr old son Shawn needs minimal assistance with feeding, such as having his food cut into bit size pcs. He is able to feed himself but may need occasional assistance such as turning his plate or with foods that don't stab easily. He is incontinent and wears diapers. He needs help for transferring from his wheelchair to his bed for changing and dressing. He is very social and enjoys watching almost all sports. I need someone to be here to get him off the bus after school. The hours are from 3 to 6 pm at least 3 days per week, (M, W, F) Saturdays if you want the hours and additional hours during school vacations and days off. Shawn is very easy to care for, mainly he just can't be left alone. He likes to play Uno, Trouble and Monopoly or is content watching television as well. This is really a very easy job as long as you can lift about 85 lbs.for transfers. I am looking to have someone in place by May 2018. If interested please contact me for an interview at 315-269-3208.
