Description
Seeking Community Habilitation worker to assist 9 year old Autistic child to improve skills at home and in the community including hygiene, dressing, sports and learning how to manage in the community. Monitor progress in achieving Valued Outcomes. Position is funded through New York State Self-Direction program. Part time 10-20 hours per week. Salary subject to experience.
