I am assisting my client and her Designated Representative to seek CDPAP staff to assist her with personal care, housekeeping, laundry (in home), and medication sorting/administration. Please note she attends Structured Day Programs on Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays, and Fridays. She is home most Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. She requires assistance prior to/after program.
