Human Resources Medical Credentialing Specialist
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Ensure that pre-employment and annual medical requirements are met for all required workers;
- Track and maintain annual medical and ensure compliance through various regulators;
- Ensure physicals, drug habituation statements, medical records and chest x-rays meet the specific requirements; and
- Remain up to date with the changing legislation and regulations to ensure the proper requirements are met for medical credentialing.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates should have five years of clerical experience, Human Resources experience, and medical terminology and coding experience. Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills are required, along with a knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. An Associates Degree in Human Resources is preferred. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Wages: $14.36 per hour
Shift: Flexible schedule with three days off every other weekend OR five days a week from 8:00am-4:00pm.
