Starting Pay Rate: $21.35 per hour

Job Duties
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence of all regulations outlined by funding source and contracts.
- Conduct internal audits of all aspects of the consumer experience, including records review to proactively identifying areas for improvement and collaboratively identify actions to remedy concerns.
- Assist RCIL Departments with implementing recommendations of internal audits.
- Serve as regulatory resource for departments within RCIL, as assigned by the Chief Corporate Compliance Officer.
- Support departments/programs during external audits.
- Assist Chief Corporate Compliance Officer with preparation and analysis of data necessary for management and Board of Directors Committees and to meet regulatory requirements.
- Remain current with regulations and rules impacting departments (e.g. OPWDD, DOH, OMH, OFA, ACCES-VR). Write or revise policies and procedures and create, conduct or identify needed trainings.
- Assist Chief Corporate Compliance Officer and other department members with design and update analytical tools such as spreadsheets, surveys and databases to analyze standard and utilization.
Education Requirements:
- A college Degree in human services is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant experience may be considered in leu of college education.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience in Auditing and/or Compliance tasks.
- Disability or Human Service experience is highly preferred.
- Prior experience with analytical tools and/or statistics is necessary.
- Keen attention to detail is required for this position.
- Knowledge of OPWDD, ACCES-VR, and DOH regulations is desired. Independent Living philosophy and ADA familiarity preferred.
- Ability to read and understand regulations and laws. Good analytical, listening, writing and verbal communication skills are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Demonstrate the ability to act with the highest degree of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
