Non-Exempt Hourly Pay Rate: $18.85 per hour
Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $36,758

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to assist direct care workers in the hiring process by:
- Collecting and tracking all new worker employment applications, checking for completeness and accuracy.
- Follow up with prospective workers and others on missing or incomplete documentation.
- Process paperwork to hire employees.
Education:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Five years of clerical and customer service experience.
- Human Resources experience is preferred.
- Fluency and proficiency in a second language is preferred but not required (reading, writing, speaking).
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work in electronic platforms.
