Administrative Assistant - CDPAP

Description

Starting Pay Rate: $15.39

Benefits:

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Provide quality, professional customer service in person and on the phone
  • Open, sort, deliver incoming mail
  • Assist in preparing, emailing, mailing letters and documents
  • File and retain program documentation
  • Compile data to create documents, reports, spreadsheets
  • Enter information and maintain accurate databases
  • Assist in preparing for meetings, taking and preparing notes as needed

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Administrative and customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Able to use office equipment such as copiers, printers and faxes
  • Ability to work independently and with a diverse population
