Starting Pay Rate: $15.39

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Provide quality, professional customer service in person and on the phone
- Open, sort, deliver incoming mail
- Assist in preparing, emailing, mailing letters and documents
- File and retain program documentation
- Compile data to create documents, reports, spreadsheets
- Enter information and maintain accurate databases
- Assist in preparing for meetings, taking and preparing notes as needed
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Administrative and customer service experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
- Able to use office equipment such as copiers, printers and faxes
- Ability to work independently and with a diverse population
