Bilingual Coordinator of Services
Starting Pay Rate: $17.95 per hour, plus an additional 5% bilingual differential
Flexible work schedule menu to include the ability to work: a four-day work week, nine-day biweekly schedule with a three-day weekend every other week, or a typical five-day work schedule.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Meet with consumers and their potential workers in the consumer’s home or over the phone/Zoom to explain the Consumer Directed Program;
- Obtain completed required documents from consumers outlining the rules and regulations of the Consumer Directed Program;
- Monitor and document consumers’ ability to manage their services and provide additional training as needed; and
- Answer telephone and email inquiries and handle conflict calls.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Fluency and high proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in a second language is required for this position. Two years of experience working in the Human Services field, excellent customer service, and written and communication skills are required. An Associates Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma is required.
