Time & Attendance Specialist
The Resource Center for Independent Living is excited to announce a new flexible schedule option for employees! Employees may be eligible to work either Monday-to-Friday 8am-4pm OR extended hours with every other Friday off.
Self-Direction is a program funded by the State and Medicaid that allows individuals the ability to live independently in their own homes and the ability to integrate into the community. Each participant as well as each budget are unique. Self-Direction is completely participant-driven. Participants and their Planning Team decide what services will best suit their needs.
The Time & Attendance Specialist will maintain the Time and Attendance system for the Self-Direction Program for payroll processing—and to ensure adherence to governing rules and regulations are accurate and timely. The successful candidate will be expected to:
·Manage a caseload within the time and attendance system, including verification and updating of participants, workers and broker data;
· Process New Hire and Participant Submission forms within 24 hours, ensuring accuracy and working with all appropriate parties;
· Investigate payroll issues as they arise and take appropriate steps to correct the issue timely; and
· Input data into the time and attendance system in an accurate and timely manner.

Who may be considered:
At least two-to-three years of customer service and data-entry experience is required. Payroll and/or billing experience is preferred.
The successful candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including being on-call alternating weekends to ensure workers are paid in a timely manner consistent with Department of Labor regulations.
An Associates Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Wages: $14.36 per hour
