Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Part time

Description

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and per the plan of care;
  • Recognize and report systems that indicate changes in the condition of the individual; and
  • Maintain the patient’s care, necessary equipment and safety.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates must have a New York State LPN License. Knowledge of HIPAA and the Independent Living Philosophy is required.  Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 pounds. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Wages: $17.50 per hour.

Shift: Thursday & Friday: 6:30am-4:30pm.

Travel Required: No

Location:  Utica, NY
