Associate Vice President of Self-Direction

Description

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Work with department supervisors to monitor and track program goals;
  • Oversee department in the absence of the Vice President of Self-Direction;
  • Interview, hire and supervise department staff; and
  • Oversee daily operations and answer programmatic and system inquiries.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: A minimum of three years of experience working in the Human Services field with at least two years of supervision is required. Strong Microsoft Office, communication and interpersonal skills are required. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, although applicable experience in lieu of education may be considered.

Shift: RCIL offers multiple schedule options for its staff. Employees can work a flexible schedule with three-day weekends every other week OR a standard 7.5 hour schedule working from home every other Friday.

Travel Required: Yes

Location: Utica, NY
