Coordinator of Services
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Meet with participants and their potential workers in the participant’s home to explain the Consumer Directed Program;
- Obtain completed required documents from participants outlining the rules and regulations of the Consumer Directed Program;
- Monitor and document participants’ ability to manage their services and provide additional training as needed; and
- Answer telephone and email inquiries and handle conflict calls.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Fluency and high proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in Spanish, Bosnian or Russian is preferred, but not required, for this position. Two years of experience working in the Human Services field, excellent customer service, and written and communication skills are required. An Associates Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma is required.
Wages: $16.41 per hour; $17.95 per hour after six months of successful employment.
Hours: Flexible schedule with three days off every other weekend OR five days a week from 8:00am-4:00pm.
